    So sorry to write here that it stopped working after two weeks of using it. It does light up but just for 30 seconds only. I regret spending the money.

Will the Glo Anti-Aging portable help with rosacea? Desi asked on May 31, 2022

Hi Desi, sorry to hear about your skincare troubles, we hope light therapy can help you! While our devices are not FDA-cleared for the treatment of rosacea, we have heard reports from a variety of customers that light therapy has helped with their rosacea symptoms. These reports have come back on acne devices as well as anti-aging devices, and it is shown that amber light is beneficial for treatment of rosacea. For this reason, we would recommend our dpl IIa panel which includes an anti-aging setting (red, infrared and amber spectrums), an acne setting (red and blue spectrums), and a combination setting of both the anti-aging and acne lights together at one time.

How long do the batteries last? I recently started using this device and I really like the results, but after about 1 week of use, the light only stays on for a few seconds now—not 3 minutes. I'm wondering if this thing eats through batteries this quickly? Denise asked on April 29, 2022

Unfortunately, we are unable to give a definitive answer on this because battery life will depend on many factors, including how long you use the device each day, how many times you use the device each day, and even the brand of batteries used (not all batteries are created equal).

Why does this not come with protective eyewear? And since it doesn't what do I need to get in addition to protect my eyes? Doni asked on March 11, 2022

Hi Doni! The Glo Anti-Aging device does not come with protective eyewear because it is intended for targeted spot treatment directly against the skin. If you place the device directly against the skin, the light should not shine out and into your eyes. However when treating around the eye area, if you find yourself sensitive to the brightness of the lights you can purchase tanning goggles to wear while treating around the eye area. We have 3-pk goggles available for purchase in our store.

Why doesn’t the Glo device indicate in its description that it firms skin? It indicates that on the description of the Essential, compact device. Do they act differently ? Thank you ! Cristina asked on February 3, 2022

What is there irradiance of you this device? Abby asked on January 8, 2022

All of our devices meet or exceed FDA requirements for irradiance output. The optical output is part of our IP (Intellectual Property) and we do not disclose this information as it is one of the key components that separates us from our competitors. The joule rating of each device depends on the treatment time and will increase with repeated treatments.
