Why is there a vast time difference between dpl Ii and dpl IIa? 17 minutes vs 3 min. Barbara Rae asked on November 27, 2024

Apologies for the delay in reply here, the dpl II is an old device we no longer produce so I had to find the right documentation. According to my customer support team the dpl II the device would beep once each minute, to alert user a minute has passed. Once they completed their treatment, they would move the device to the next treatment area. In essence, it is the same, except on dpl® II they had to keep track of time, and on dpl® IIa, the device auto shuts of after 3 minute treatment is complete.
