Shipping and Handling
- Orders with a cart subtotal below $75 after discounts and a shipping location within the contiguous U.S. (ie: excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) do not quality for free shipping. These orders will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $5 per item in the order.
Free Shipping on Orders over $75 within the Contiguous U.S.
- We offer FREE Standard 3-5 Day Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $75 (after discounts) within the contiguous U.S. (ie: excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, orders may experience delays.
- Shorter shipping times such as 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping are available, but at cost – and orders must be placed through Customer Service at 1 (800) 337-9565.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping for orders to APO addresses. You must contact Customer Service at 1 (800) 337-9565 to place and ship an order to an APO address (an alternative number for Customer Service is 727-285-8300, international callers may be unable to complete the call with the 800 number). Customer Service will provide shipping options and costs when the order is placed.
Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- You must contact Customer Service at 1 (800) 337-9565 to place and ship an order to the following locations: Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Customer Service will provide shipping options and costs when the order is placed.
Pre-orders may be offered on soon-to-launch new products or on items that have temporarily gone out of stock. If you choose to place a pre-order, the following rules and processes will apply:
- Payment for pre-orders will be collected at the time of fulfillment, NOT at the time your pre-order is placed.
- Due to compliance and for your own security all payment information will be safely secure with Authorize.net a secure payment processing system. This is not stored by our website or LED Technologies, but on Authorize.net.
- When placing pre-orders, your cart can ONLY contain pre-order items.
- If you have items in your cart and you add a pre-order item, you will receive a notification at the top of the page that says: “Your previous cart was emptied because pre-orders must be purchased separately.”
- If you have a pre-order item in your cart and try to add another item, you will receive a notification at the top of the page that says: “This product cannot be added to your cart because it already contains a pre-order, which must be purchased separately.”
- Klarna (which powers our multi-payment offering) is NOT available for pre-orders.
- Once the product is available and your purchase processes, you will see a charge from “LED Technologies” on your bank/credit card statement.
- Certain items carry shipment restrictions due to U.S. Department of Transportation. Restrictions apply to products with lithium batteries, and shipping limitations and requirements may apply depending on item and destination.
- Express/Expedited 1-Day or 2-Day shipping: Customer Service will be able to provide availability and shipping costs. Express/Expedited 1-Day or 2-Day limitations may apply when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Business Days and Holidays
- All orders process and ship Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If the order is placed after 12pm EST, it will be processed the following business day.
- Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or on the following U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
- The customer will always get single orders in a single shipment, though it may consist of more than one package, depending on the size and quantity of the order.
- If the customer places two orders, they may get two shipments, though we try to send them as one shipment whenever possible.
- The shipping provider (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS) will send tracking information via email once the shipment has been processed.
