Return/Warranty Policy

Products Always Improving: Our products are continually improving! This means that, in rare circumstances, the product you received may look slightly different than the product pictured on our website — especially the color and arrangement of LED lights on your device.

Our products are classified as medical devices for personal use and are not eligible for return if opened due to hygienic and sanitary reasons.

Our devices are designed for direct contact with the user’s skin and mouth.  With the current hygienic climate, we want to keep our customers hygienic safety as a top priority.

Return Eligibility: Returns are eligible within 30 days of the purchase date if returned unused, in the original, undamaged, clean, and sealed packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Contact Customer Service at support@ledtechnologies.com or 1 (800) 337-9565 to confirm if product is eligible to be returned.

Warranty Eligibility: If you believe your device has a factory defect and you are within your warranty period (as outlined in your user guide), contact Customer Service at support@ledtechnologies.com or 1 (800) 337-9565 to schedule a diagnostic call to determine if you are eligible for a warranty replacement.

Return/Warranty Process: If your device is eligible for a Return or Warranty replacement, Customer Service will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to return the system. If an RMA is issued, shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer to return the product; pre-paid shipping labels will not be provided. Packages without a valid RMA number on the outside of the box will not be accepted. Product will need to be returned within the allotted time period, as noted in the RMA.

  • For Returns: All original packaging and contents need to be included in an unused, undamaged, clean, and resalable condition. Product will be inspected by technician. Product that is not clean and in resalable condition will not be inspected by technicians and customer will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative to make arrangements for payment of return shipping to return the product to the customer. Otherwise, LED Technologies, Inc. will incur the shipping costs to return the product to the consumer.
  • For Warranty: Device to be inspected must be in clean condition and include power cord and adapter, if originally supplied with the device (not all devices include power cord or adapter). Original packaging and contents do not need to be included. Product will be inspected by technician. Product that is not in clean condition will not be inspected by technicians and customer will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative to make arrangements for payment of return shipping to return the product to the customer. Otherwise, LED Technologies, Inc. will incur the shipping costs to return the product to the consumer.

  • Valid Return Merchandise Authorization number placed on outside of shipping package
  • Device, power cord and adapter, if originally supplied with the device (not all devices include power cord or adapter)
  • Returns Only: All original packaging and contents (i.e.: device, user guide, goggles, travel bag) in undamaged, clean and resalable condition
