Shipping within the United States
Shipping and Handling
- Orders with a cart subtotal below $75 after discounts and a shipping location within the contiguous U.S. (ie: excluding Hawaii and Alaska) do not qualify for free shipping. These orders will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $5 per item in the order.
Free Shipping on Orders over $75 within the Contiguous U.S.
- We offer FREE Standard 3-5 Day Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $75 (after discounts) within the contiguous U.S. (ie: excluding Hawaii and Alaska). However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, orders may experience delays.
- Shorter shipping times such as 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping are available, but at cost – and orders must be placed through Customer Service at support@ledtechnologies.com
- Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping for orders to APO addresses. You must contact Customer Service at support@ledtechnologies.com. Customer Service will provide shipping options and costs when the order is placed.
Hawaii and Alaska
- You must contact Customer Service at support@ledtechnologies.com to place and ship an order to Alaska or Hawaii.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping for orders to Hawaii and Alaska. Customer Service will provide shipping options and costs when the order is placed.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be offered on soon-to-launch new products or on items that have temporarily gone out of stock. If you choose to place a pre-order, the following rules and processes will apply:
- Payment for pre-orders will be collected at the time of fulfillment, NOT at the time your pre-order is placed.
- Due to compliance and for your own security all payment information will be safely secure with Authorize.net a secure payment processing system. This is not stored by our website or LED Technologies, but on Authorize.net.
- When placing pre-orders, your cart can ONLY contain pre-order items.
- If you have items in your cart and you add a pre-order item, you will receive a notification at the top of the page that says: “Your previous cart was emptied because pre-orders must be purchased separately.”
- If you have a pre-order item in your cart and try to add another item, you will receive a notification at the top of the page that says: “This product cannot be added to your cart because it already contains a pre-order, which must be purchased separately.”
- Klarna (which powers our multi-payment offering), Pay by FSA | HSA by Binkey, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Global-e (our international checkout) are NOT available for pre-orders.
- Once the product is available and your purchase processes, you will see a charge from “LED Technologies” on your bank/credit card statement.
Restricted Items
- Certain items carry shipment restrictions due to U.S. Department of Transportation. Restrictions apply to products with lithium batteries, and shipping limitations and requirements may apply depending on item and destination.
- Express/Expedited 1-Day or 2-Day shipping: Customer Service will be able to provide availability and shipping costs. Express/Expedited 1-Day or 2-Day limitations may apply when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Business Days and Holidays
- All orders process and ship Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If the order is placed after 12pm EST, it will be processed the following business day.
- Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or on the following U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
Multiple Shipments
- The customer will always get single orders in a single shipment, though it may consist of more than one package, depending on the size and quantity of the order.
- If the customer places two orders, they may get two shipments, though we try to send them as one shipment whenever possible.
Tracking Orders
- The shipping provider (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS) will send tracking information via email once the shipment has been processed.

Promotion Codes
- Promotion codes apply to the purchase of full-price items only. Already-discounted items do not apply to promotion offers. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers. Not applicable to previous purchases. Only valid on U.S. orders.
International Shipping
We have partnered with Global-e, the leading provider of cross-border e-commerce solutions, to serve you a great shopping experience no matter where you are in the world.
Simply click on the flag icon (on desktop, flag is located on the top right of your screen, on mobile, flag is located at the bottom of the mobile menu) and choose your country from the dropdown to see prices in your local currency, choose between a variety of your preferred local payment methods, and see all applicable international shipping rates, duties, and taxes before checkout.

Duty and tax charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are based on:
- The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases coming from the U.S.
- Duties charged for processing by your country.
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days of ordering. Once your order has shipped, you can expect an email notice with the DHL tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress.
At this time coupon codes are not applicable to international orders.
Pre-Orders are not available for international orders.
