    I feel I have benefits to this and it’s fairly early so I willl continue. the one problem it needs to be charged after only 2 times and i was wondering if this is normal

      Hi Kathy, anti-aging results are subtle and can take 8-12 weeks to see results (based on a variety of factors like age and lifestyle). A great way to track your progress is to take before and after pictures weekly. Only 2 uses per charge doesn’t seem right – can you please reach out directly to our Customer Service team at support@ledtechnologies.com?

It is important to remember the key to a successful Light Therapy device is the overall optical energy performance of the device over the treatment time. The optical energy delivered by different LEDs is not equal, and in many instances we are able to deliver stronger, more efficacious performance with fewer LEDs than our competitor's devices due to selecting the proper LED performance, resulting in shorter treatment times. LED Technologies' products are designed to deliver the optimal optical energy to ensure the highest quality performance and safety in an at-home setting.

What is the difference in strength between the clinical xl and lux? Jacy Olson asked on November 13, 2023

The difference in these products is the size and functionality. The Clinical XL has a treatment area of 4.25 inches squared, while the Lux Clinical treatment area is Approx. 2.5 inches squared. The Lux Clinical has the anti-aging setting as well as an acne treatment setting and combination setting for both anti-aging and acne treatment at the same time. Both the Clinical XL Anti-Aging and Lux Clinical use the same nanometers (strength) for anti-aging. For Anti-aging, the Clinical uses a combination of Infrared (I/R) 880nm, Deep Red 660nm, Red 630nm and Amber 605nm LEDs designed to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin cells, reversing wrinkles and fine lines. The Lux Clinical also includes an acne setting, which uses a combination of Blue 415nm & Red 630nm LEDs to reduce acne flare ups, stabilize oil glands and purify skin. As well as a combination setting that will utilize all of the lights and benefits listed above!
