The Soniqué Acne LED Sonic Cleanser (with the triangle head) has two slight depressions on the top/back of the handle. One turns on the lights, the other controls the vibration. Gently touch either depression with your fingertip to turn that function on. Touch the depression/button again to turn it off.
Tip: with the depression-style buttons, make sure your fingertip is free of lotion, oil, makeup, etc., as these can interfere with the button operation.
