The red light wrist wrap is definitely an effective tool to have on hand (pun intended). It gets used daily in our home. We have to charge it about every four uses or so. The down side is that it is small for my husbands more muscular wrists/forearm. We improvise but it would be nice to see a bigger size available. Overall though, I recommend this product.

I’m really appreciating this device. It’s what I was I hoping for–something easy to use and effective. Anytime my wrists or forearms starting acting up, I put it on and feel better afterward. No more fearing that the discomfort will never go away. The other night, when I was using it, my elbow/forearm area started “percolating,” and then felt more relaxed afterward. This thing actually seems to work!

I have been diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel in both wrists and this wrist wrap has been an integral part of my therapy.

Without a doubt this wrap reduces my inflammation and you can physically feel relief inside as you use it.

Hi, Can I use the Wrist Wrap on both hands/arms and is it just for temporary relief or is it actually a treatment that will get rid of an issue by promoting blood flow continuously or just momentarily while using this device. Birgit asked on January 25, 2022

Yes, you can use the Wrist Wrap on both arms (if you are treating the hands specifically, we recommend the Flex Mitt). In regards to treatment, we are not a cure but a treatment. This means our devices are used to alleviate the issue, not to cure it. Our device is cleared for temporary relief but we have had customer report that the device, in some cases, has cured the issue. Specifically, for injuries that once they are healed no longer continue to cause issue.

The Wrist Wrap treatment area covers the wrist and forearm. If you would like to treat the hand(s), we recommend our Flex Mitt product. If you are looking for the versatility to treat hands and a variety of areas on the body, you could lay the Flex Pad or Joint Wrap over both hands at one time while also having the benefit of applying those devices elsewhere (Flex Pad can be used just about anywhere, the Joint Wrap is good for major joints like the shoulder, knee, ankle and elbow).

what is the temperature on the DPL hand and wrist device Elli asked on November 21, 2021

Unlike a heating pad where you will feel a lot of heat and warmth, the infrared LED’s work under the skin’s surface. However, LED's will still generate heat. The length of the treatment time will increase the joules that will generate heat. Most customers report an enjoyable, low-level of heat from our LED devices. All of our dpl® Flex products should not ever exceed 114 degrees, devices are equip with an auto shut-off safety feature should they become too heated.
