I had high hopes for this, but after two uses, it stopped working. The lights flash through the different settings, but does not turn on and stay on for the full 3 minutes. I am working through the warranty process, but have yet to hear back.

I’m going to admit that I was a bit skeptical and leery of paying the cost for a handheld LED device- but, I am very impressed. I had used “mask” type LED devices, but found them to be very uncomfortable; hence, I thought perhaps a handheld would be easier. I really love it! I can’t believe what a difference it has made in my skin! I love the built in time, how light weight it is, and the fact that the battery lasts at least 20 cycles before it needs recharging. The acne setting has been the most beneficial for me. I can’t believe how much less oil I have. My hyperpigmentation is slowly fading as are the fine lines. Based on the results and the fact that it is a 3 minute session, I am guessing the irradiance is decent, maybe at least 50mW/cm2 (the masks were 30 and the lowest time was 10 minutes and this is working better in 3 minutes). The only negative is that there were not goggles included- I bought some on Amazon. I like the shape because you can really get into the nooks and crannies of your face. Totally worth the cost!

I mainly bought this light to combat persistent chin redness. I had used it for about 4 weeks now. It has helped my chin redness and the difference is noticeable right after the 3 min session. My skin is less sensitive than before and I look forward to continued results with consistent use. The acne feature is nice to help with the breakouts. I am prone to hyperpigmentation of my acne scars so having the light to help with my acne is also a great feature.

I’ve had this device for about a year now, and while I admit haven’t been strict about using it regularly, it’s been a wonderful device to have. I have eczema mostly on my hands, and one spot had been there for months, maybe even years, no prescription treatment would helped do anything but make it stop itching for a while. I finally got the mind to use this on it and boom, completely healed after a few treatments. So now for it’s intended uses: blemishes heal in maybe a third of the time and I notice a significant difference in my 11’s and smile lines after a few uses! My only issue with this device is that it’s small and it’s hard for me to find the time/patience to sit there for 20+ minutes holding it up to be able to cover every area of my face. However, at the same time I appreciate that it can be used as a targeted treatment.. do with that what you will! Overall, I really like this device and would definitely recommend it.

I use this device most of the time for my acne. During the change of seasons, my skin tends to act up, and I often unconsciously touch my face. I use this to kill the bacteria under my skin, and I always make sure to clean the surface before each use. It takes some time to see results, but it does work. My skin is much cleaner now.

I am 66 yrs young with childhood scars that surfaced and prone to cystic acne. This device is remarkable, I like the 3 operations-one tool. I have super sensitive skin, and the acne light dissolved a lump cyst I developed from a necklace chain. I paid $5,000 for 2 cysts to be removed from my neck just a few years ago. In 3 days it reduced it from a large grape to a seed size. My skin is intolerant to environmental changes. My deep scars are reducing to fine lines. I am now working on my chin definition. People believe I am 10 years younger. I bought the hand held anti aging and saw change, this device has proven its value. I try to use it twice a day, but not always. I like that it covers more surface area because the shape allows you to rotate the angles. I use special makeup, but will still have a breakout, my develop as lumps under the skin, this device works so well on 1 to 2 sessions to control it. Have large pores and it tightens them. I have not been able to use this [Clinical Anti-Aging] device for what I intended it for. I have not been able to screen out the red light that this device emits even though I tried the googles provided with the device and two different black out goggles from Amazon. It has been suggested that I try another device that emits less circumference of light but since these devices can not be returned, I am reluctant to try another.

I am unable to use the [Clinical Anti-Aging] product because I have found no eye protection that prevents the red light shining into my eyes. I have tried the googles that came with the product and two black out goggles from Amazon. Unfortunately, this device can not be returned or exchanged. It is tempting to try another device that might have less light emission but the 20% discount offered is not a sufficient enough discount.

I got this [Clinical Acne] device as a Christmas present, was skeptical at first. But I recently developed a big cystic acne on my cheek due to mask wearing. I started to use this daily for 3 min. My face is so much better and clearer these days! This light treatment can reduce inflammation on acne overnight, the bumpiness is gone the next day! Highly recommend for those with acnes!
