BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Item did not work upon receipt (after charging for required time). After contacting customer service on 5/9/2022, I was told to send it back at my expense and after it is inspected, I may or may not be refunded. It has been almost 3 weeks and I still have not been refunded. Customer service says they don’t know how long it will take. TERRIBLE way to treat a customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!

if youre expecting dramatic results i think you will be disappointed. however if you want to make the most out of your natural lips i think this product is excellent. i also had a great customer service experience. i had been using this for a couple months when i got sick. i reached out to them about a replacement mouth piece and they got back almost immediately. they daid that they didnt sell replacement parts however they can offer me a whole new device at a discounted price. i was really pleased with how the situation worked out.

I purchased the LED lip plumping/anti-aging light a couple of weeks ago and I am using it at least once everyday. My lips haven’t changed, but I do see a reduction in the depth of the lines around my lips, which is very encouraging!
