How to Use & Troubleshoot

Operating Instructions

  1. Wash and dry area prior to use.
  2. Fully charge device and disconnect from power source.
  3. Connect the controller to the two snaps on the device and ensure it is firmly attached.
  4. Peel off one side of insulation film on conductive pad and attach it to the conductive
    electrode on device. Ensure the conductive pad fully covers the printed conductive surface.
  5. Peel the insulation film off the other side of the conductive pad.
  6. Place the device on the treatment area and press down firmly to ensure good contact
    with skin.
  7. If the conductive pads no longer stick to your skin or the conductive pads are broken, replace
    them with new pads.
  8. Conductive pads must be replaced after being opened more than one month or after 30 times
    of use.
  9. To power on unit, press and hold the ON button until you hear a long beep.
  10. If the conductive pad is not properly attached to the device or the body, the device will
    blink red.
  11. The device is on Mode 1 (Purple Indicator Light) when powered on.
  12. Press the Mode key to change the Mode.
    • There are a total of 6 Modes:
      Purple Indicator Light – TENS Modes 1 and 6
      Blue Indicator Light – EMS Modes 2, 3, 4, 5
    • Mode 1: Pulse in a steady and even beat for pain relief.
    • Mode 2: Mild constant electrical emission that gives stimulation to surface of the applied area.
    • Mode 3: Moderate constant electrical emission that gives stimulation to the applied area.
    • Mode 4: High constant electrical emission that gives stimulation deeply to the applied area.
    • Mode 5: Pulse and constant electrical emission that gives stimulation to the applied area.
    • Mode 6: Fast pulse in a quick and deep beat for pain relief.
  13. Use the + and – button to adjust the Intensity to a comfortable level.
  14. Leave the device over the treatment area for 15 minutes.
  15. The device is equipped with an auto shut-off function at 15 minutes. Press the OFF button at
    any time prior to auto shut-off to stop the device.
  16. Always turn power OFF before peeling the product off your body.
  17. After use, disconnect the conductive pads from the device, place the insulation film on both
    sides of the conductive pad, and store in a clean place, out of direct sunlight and moisture.
  18. Device may be used multiple times per day. Do not exceed 2 treatments per day, per
    treatment area.

Troubleshooting

  1. System not turning on:
    • Is the device fully charged?
    • Is power button turned on?
    • If the device still does not turn on, call Customer Service at 1 (800) 337-9565.
    • If the conductive pad is not properly attached to the device or the body, the device will not
      function and will blink red.
  2. Device is not charging:
    • Is USB cord firmly inserted into controller? (The power indicator light on the controller should be on and solid red while charging.)
    • Is the USB cord firmly inserted into the USB power source?
    • Try different USB power source to ensure it is working properly.
    • If the device still does not charge, call Customer Service at 1 (800) 337-9565.
  3. System shuts off abruptly prior to completion of 15-minute treatment.
    • System is designed to shut off automatically after 15 minutes.
    • Device is programmed to automatically shut off if no loading is detected in one minute. Make sure conductive pads are properly attached to the device and body and turn device on again.
    • If the device continues to shut off prior to 15 minutes, please contact Customer Service at 1 (800) 337-9565.
  4. Conductive pads are not adhering to the body:
    • Make sure to clean and dry treatment area prior to use.
    • If the conductive pads no longer stick to your skin or the conductive pads are broken, replace them with new pads.
    • Conductive pads must be replaced after being opened more than one month or after 30 times of use.
    • Depending on the frequency of maintenance, skin condition, and storage condition, conductive pads may stop adhering after 15-25 times of use. Conductive pad will last longer if well-maintained.
